"Castile Soap Base"

This base is made using 100% Olive Oil with excess fat percentage noted on the label. You will need to add more olive oil or any other oil(s) using the formula that is included in your order. A little Castor Oil will improve lather. You may call your soap Castile if it contains at least 50% Olive Oil, but purists insist on 100%. Castile soap requires longer to harden than soaps made with other oils but it is worth the wait and will over time become very hard.


In order for you to have the freshest base possible I will formulate your soap when you order it.
Please allow 2 to 4 days prior to shipment.
